    What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £110.

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer.

The time is yours to explore what is important to you. I will support this by guiding us to think about what you hope to gain from each session and from therapy over time.

Initial sessions usually focus on understanding current difficulties. Later sessions usually focus on working towards change.
