    Outdoor Walk and Talk

    Connect with nature, and yourself.

A path towards Elgin Cathedral, one of the routes available for outdoor psychological therapy sessions.

    Why Outdoors?

We all know that getting outside and moving our bodies is good for our physical and mental health.
So maybe outdoor therapy is an efficient way to look after yourself that just makes sense in your busy life.

Or, maybe sitting in a therapy room feels too intense, and it's easier to talk when walking side by side.

Whatever the reason, if you'd like to add value to therapy by being outside, I'd love to hear from you.

    What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £110.

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer.

Sessions will begin and end at Elgin Library. From here there are paved paths around Cooper Park and access to the national cycle/walking routes. Public toilets are available at Elgin Library (during their opening hours).

You will set the pace, and there will be benches along the way if you wish to pause.

The "talk" part will be similar to sessions in the therapy room. I will make every effort to protect your confidentiality as much as possible in public spaces.
