    Online Therapy

    Why Online?

Online sessions allow you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own home, or another convenient location.

This might mean saving on travel time; or feeling more safe and secure in your own surroundings.

    What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £110.

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer.

You will receive a link by email to a Microsoft teams meeting for your selected session time. The link should work across different browsers and devices, so you don't need to download anything.

The content of sessions will be similar to those in the therapy room.

    Getting ready

To get the most from your online therapy session there are a few things you can do:

    - Make sure you are joining from somewhere with a stable internet connection.

    - Pick a place that is private and free from distractions.

    - Try to show up as you would for an in-person appointment; wear appropriate clothes, and arrive promptly, giving yourself time to think about what you want to bring to the session.

    Ready to connect?

If you're ready to take the next step or have more questions to ask. Please get in touch by email or book a free 15-minute compatibility call.
